Finishing Strong!

Hello family and Friends,
What an unbeliavable two days, the weather still the same Hot and Humid, but we did have a moment of rain last night. we have completted painting the interior and exterior dorms for the young ladies to sleep in a total of 8 rooms. they were excited and moved in last night to sleep in them. we completed a storage and kitchen the interior and exterior and we finished painting a guest room and bathrooms. The place look little like home. shelter for the least of these. The children moved from tents to dorms, but ultimeatly God is our shelter.

Martha finished strong with the kids Vacation Bible School, what a powerful thing when kids sang amazing grace and everyone one moved with tears. God wants us to worship in Spirit and in Truth. unless you have faith of a child you cannot enter the Kingdom of God.

Last night we face some challenges as we went on the streets to preach the Gospel. we went to a local park where many congreated, we set up on some steps and had the kids perform a Hip Hop dance to draw the people. Boy they drew the people, we had a very large crowd and then one of the pastor gave a Gospel message. some people were upset because of the kids dancing before we preached.

Legalism is strong in Haiti, they were more concerned about the dancing then wanting to hear about Gods love. this was the first time that the kids saw opposition to the message, it was a very learning experience, but God was faithful as always. The word never comes back void. trusting God touched someone through his spirit.

The Team is growing Spiritually, They are finishing strong. They are running to win a crown that does not perish.

Tomorrow we leave for the Dominican Republic, for a time to debrief and relaxetation before we return home.
